A survey is a research method for collecting data from a predefined group of people to gain insights and information into interesting topics.
Standard procedures are usually adopted to collect data to ensure all respondents can answer the same set of questions and avoid biased opinions that could affect the study's outcome. People are asked to provide information through an online or offline questionnaire. Online questionnaires are commonly distributed via email, QR codes, social networks, or URLs.
The researcher analyzes and summarizes the questionnaire responses to gain insights into the topics and draw conclusions from the findings.
In this study, the entire process will be carried out via the Web, without face-to-face meetings.
